Charter requests made two weeks prior to the charter date will be temporarily reserved for a 48 hour period, and are only confirmed upon payment within that 48 hour period. The payment can be made through our online PAYPAL payment center, or with a credit card at the time of your call. Once we receive payment confirmation, your reservation is guaranteed. If the payment is not received within the 48 hour period, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without notice. DO NOT PAY until our office confirms that the day and time you want to reserve is available.

Charter requests made three or more weeks in advance have the option of paying with a credit card over the phone at the time of your call, by using our online PAYPAL payment center, or by mail. If you decide to pay by mail, the reservation will be held for 7 days only, and can only be confirmed upon payment within that one week period. We will accept a check, cashiers check or a money order. DO NOT PAY until our office has confirmed that the charter day and time are available.
